The Footrest - long is tiltable and angle-adjustable, and is 7" deep. Footrest for the Defender & Recaro Monza Nova 2 is depth adjustable that provides a stable platform for the feet. Note: Footrest and Seat Depth Extension cannot be used in combination with the Recaro Monza Reha Car Seat. The Footrest Adapter (REC-FR-A) must be ordered to use the Footrest with the Recaro Monza Nova 2 Car Seat.
