HumDrums are amazing harmonic tongue pans handcrafted one at a time and made to order in the lush valley of Udine, in northeastern Italy.  HumDrums are can be played slowly and softly by mallet or more quickly by hand, making them a versatile instrument for sound healing and meditation as well as performance.  Beautiful long sustain allows for a deep listening experience.

These exquisite instruments can have scales with a range of 12-16 notes in the same size instrument which is fantastic. This is achieved with nested octave notes on top of the instrument, with higher octaves of each note nested into the lower note in the same tonal area.  The Hum Drum Harmonic Tongue Pan has quickly become a favorite of Beautiful Sounds customers.
